Duck Donuts – Twin Falls, Idaho: 148 Cheney Dr W Suite 200. They Make Donuts to order, something I had not seen before. They also make donut sandwiches.
The Grille Restaurant – Tremonton, Utah: 1410 W Main St. Large portions and awesome desserts.

The Hitching Post – Green River, Wyoming: 580 E Flaming Gorge Way. Best omelet I found. They also let me substitute a pancake for toast.
The Historic Elk Mountain Hotel – Elk Mountain Wyoming: 102 E Main St. Elegant and historic accommodations. A wonderful restaurant with a full bar. There is an RV Park across the road. http://www.elkmountainhotel.com
J’s Prairie Rose – Laramie Wyoming: 410 S 2nd St. We were very impressed by the hard working staff. The food was great and the location has a long history. The Drink Menu definitely caught my attention.
